By using Pimfy you agree to these terms. Pimfy audits, enriches and exports e-commerce product data on your instruction.

Your content

You retain all rights to your product data. You grant us the limited license needed to process it — scanning, scoring, AI enrichment, export — on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of published listings and for having the right to the content you import.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly by our merchant of record. 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment; cancel anytime effective at the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

No scanning of stores you have no legitimate interest in, no attempts to overload the service, no reselling of scan output as a service.

Warranty

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated content must be reviewed before publication; we are not liable for losses arising from published listing content.
