Pimfy (“we”, “us”) provides catalog intelligence services for e-commerce brands. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Scan data: when you scan a store we read its public catalog (product titles, descriptions, images, options) and store the resulting quality report. Contact data: your email address when you request a report or use our tools. Account data: if you create an account, your email, store connection details (encrypted) and product data you import. Usage data: product analytics via PostHog (EU cloud).

How we use it

To produce your reports, run enrichment you request, send you the emails you asked for, and improve the product. We use AI providers (Anthropic) to process product data you submit for enrichment. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time at hello@pimfy.app.
